1.Introduction of Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU)

Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU), founded in 1956, is a prestigious institution located in the vibrant city of Hangzhou, often referred to as China's Silicon Valley. Known for its thriving tech ecosystem, Hangzhou is a hub for innovation and digital economy, making it an ideal setting for HDU's cutting-edge programs in IT, AI, Mechanical Engineering, and New Materials.

As one of Zhejiang Province's key public universities, HDU is home to over 28,000 students and 2,800 faculty members, dedicated to fostering talent in emerging technologies. Notably, one-third of the CEOs of China's top 100 IT companies, including leaders from Alibaba, Huawei, Dahua, Hikvision, and Hisense, are HDU alumni. Jack Ma and the founders of Alibaba trace their entrepreneurial roots to HDU.

Join our Summer Campus Program to engage in workshops, seminars, and cultural exchange activities while immersing yourself in the dynamic tech environment of Hangzhou. Apply now for an enriching journey of learning and discovery at HDU!
2.Program Description
Program A: Intelligent Car and Smart Devices
The project takes place from June 7th to June 20th, focusing on the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in intelligent control. During this time, students will:
- Learn how to apply Al technology in intelligent car control.
- Assemble model cars using diverse materials and modules.
- Achieve specific functional tasks through software and hard-ware design, such as remote control movement, obstacle avoidance, and strike tasks. This hands-on experience will not only enhance students' technical skills but also provide them with a deeper understanding of Al's potential in real-world applications.
Program B: VEX Robotics
The VEX robotics training program, taking from June 7th to June 20th, is competition-oriented and focuses on mechanical construction, programming control, teamwork and competition strategies. During this time, students will:
- Integrate mechanical construction, programming control and teamwork into competitive robotics.
- Familiarize with team building, competition rules and VEX equipment, then build robot structures and master core skills.
- Complete the process from zero basics to competition preparation through independent robot assembly, programming, simulated matches and tactical discussions, enhancing practical abilities and engineering thinking.
3 Project Fee:
Program A: RMB 2500;
Program B: RMB 3600 (including RMB 1100 for equipment).
